biography: Kauri Crownhart is a self-taught mixed media painter who specializes in oils. Having sold her work professionally for 3 years, she is gearing up for her first solo exhibition and couldn’t be more thrilled! Kauri likes to explore the depths of the human psyche and existential nature of existence in her pieces. Her aim is to encourage the viewer’s emotions to evolve into deep thought in the realm of faith. She is currently working on a coffee-table book to accompany her newest series, “Into the Light,” which walks through her personal experience with God and discusses the process behind each painting.
