About: Theme for February’s ART street monthly anime drawing and manga drawing contest will be “Men” ! Age doesn’t matter here. You can draw a little boy, a young guy, or an old man. Be creative in your drawings, such as the situation, facial expression and pose, and apply for this contest with your wonderful illustration.

Scoring Rules:
These points will be given to you depending on the final LEVEL that you reach.
LEVEL1: 1 point
LEVEL2: 2 points

The final points will be determined 42 days after the contest registration period.

The winners will be in order of the creators with the most points.
If the total points earned is tied, the creator with the highest level illustration will win first prize. If the level and the number of illustrations are equal, the creator with the highest number of likes will win the first prize. If all of the above is the same, the winners will be tied.
How to Claim the Prize:
Prize money will be credited to your Medibang account you applied with. To receive the prize money, you need to register either a PayPal account or a bank account information. (The transfer fee is not included).

The competition is open to non-Japanese manga artists.
Details
The competition is organised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan.
You may submit only one MANGA containing more than 16 pages.
There is no specific theme.
Both published and unpublished works are eligible.
Your MANGA should be produced within the past three years (2018-2021).
Entry fee
The competition is free to enter.
Prizes
The Gold Award and the Silver Award winners will be invited to Japan to attend the award ceremony. During their stay in Japan (approximately 10 days trip), they will also have the opportunity to exchange ideas with Japanese MANGA creators, visit publishing companies and make an excursion to local sites.

25th Japan Media Arts Festival

The contest is open to artists worldwide. There four divisions for the contest: Art, entertainment, Manga, Animation. The contest will take place in Japan.

Details
The competition is organized by the Japan Media Arts Festival Executive Committee.
There are 4 divisions:
• Art Division – interactive art, media installations, video works, video installations, graphic art (including photographs), internet art, media performances, etc.
• Entertainment Division – games (video games, online games, etc.), video/sound works, spatial representation (including special effects videos and directions, performances), products (products utilizing media technologies, R&D devices, etc.), websites, applications, etc.
• Animation Division – animated feature films, animated short films (including opening videos, ending videos, etc.), animated TV series, videos for streaming, etc.
• Manga Division – comics published in a book form, comics published in a magazine (including works still being serialized), comics published online (for computer or mobile devices), self-published comics, etc.
Works must be completed or released between 5 September 2020 and 3 September 2021.
