Spook-Tacular Sticker Design Contest
Calling all Illustrators, Designers and Crafters! We are running another sticker design contest and this time it is “Halloween” themed! Design a sticker inspired by the Halloween Season! All Halloween themed entries will be eligible – whether it is a creepy creature, spooky spider, funny jack o’ lantern or a haunted hill-side house! Get creative with your entries. We want to see witches, ghouls, creatures, pumpkins, ghosts and more! This contest is FREE to enter and will run from August 3rd, 2021 until midnight on October 5th, 2021. Submit your original “Spook-Tacular” sticker illustration or design for a chance to win some great prizes! The top 3 winners will be chosen by a panel of talented Illustrators and Designers. Our first, second and third place winners will be announced by Friday October 15th, 2021 by 4pm Pacific Time.
How to Enter & Submit Your Artwork
- Email Submissions to: designcontest@carstickers.com.
Include your name, phone number, email, age, Instagram handle and mailing address in your submission email. In addition to that information, please confirm your approval of Car Stickers using your name in conjunction with your design on our website, emails and social media channels.
(NO Mail-In Submissions accepted) - Size: All images must be sized 3000px by 3000px or larger
- Files Formats Accepted: .pdf, .eps, .ai, .png, .jpg (vector files preferred, raster files must be 300dpi)
- Deadline to Submit: October 5th, 2021
All submissions must be original art. No photography, personas or likenesses that have not been authorized will be accepted.
What You Win
1st Place: $500 Car Stickers store credit, your design printed for free on 200 die-cut white vinyl stickers, an opportunity to sell your winning design on Car Stickers and a Surprise Pack.
2nd Place: $250 Car Stickers store credit, your design printed for free on 100 die-cut white vinyl stickers & a Surprise Pack.
3rd Place: $100 Car Stickers store credit, your design printed for free on 50 die-cut white vinyl stickers & a Surprise Pack.
Terms and Conditions for the Spook-Tacular Sticker Design Contest
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
By registering for the art contest you automatically agree to the terms and conditions stated below.
ELIGIBILITY:
The “Spook-Tacular Sticker Design Contest” hosted by Car Stickers, Inc., an Oregon owned and based company, is open to all creatives/designers who accept the terms & conditions. All entries prohibited by applicable law are void. Car Stickers reserves the right to verify all eligibility requirements. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
HOW TO ENTER:
Visit Car Stickers’ “Spook-Tacular Sticker Design Contest” landing page to opt-in, complete and submit the entry form. Entries are complete when Entrant’s artwork has been submitted via email to designcontest@carstickers.com. All entries are FREE. All entries must be received by 11:59pm Pacific Time on October 5th, 2021 to be considered. All entries must be the original work of the Entrant, and Entrant must be the sole owner of the copyright of such entry. Car Stickers reserves the right, sole discretion, to disqualify any entry it deems to be offensive, inappropriate, discriminatory, derogatory, indecent, obscene, hateful, defamatory, slanderous, libelous, or is not in compliance with the terms and conditions of these Contest rules. Entrant agrees to release the rights to use by Car Stickers with submission.
All entries of the Contest agree to have their works featured on Car Stickers (social media included) free of charge, reproductions shown online/social media/print and to make themselves available for Instagram, Facebook, ads, website posts and videos.
Submissions by methods other than those stipulated in these Official Terms & Conditions will not be accepted.
JUDGING:
Car Stickers will select 3 winners (1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners) with the help of a chosen panel of working Illustrators and Designers.
WINNER NOTIFICATION:
All finalists will be notified via email (from designcontest@carstickers.com) on or before October 15th, 2021 at 4pm Pacific Time. As a condition by receiving any prizes awarded by Car Stickers, all winners agree to have their works featured on Car Stickers’ site product royalty free, reproductions shown in public, interviews, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, ads, website profiles and photographs with their submitted work. Failure of which Car Stickers may award such prizes to an applicable runner-up. Winners agree to release the rights of winning art to Car Stickers with submission indefinitely.
CONTEST AWARDS:
All prize details are at the sole discretion of Car Stickers. No substitutions or transfers of prizes are allowed by winners. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee implied by Car Stickers.
USE OF ENTRY:
By submitting an entry, Entrant grants Car Stickers the right and permission or consent, royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide perpetual license to use the entry and his/her name, city and state of residence for use on Car Stickers’ website and social media channels without further compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.
USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION:
The personal information of the Entrant collected in connection with the “Spook-tacular Sticker Design Contest” will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy Statement below, including, without limitation, for marketing and promotional purposes. The use of entry allows rights only in connection with the execution and promotion of Car Stickers.
MISCELLANEOUS:
Car Stickers is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, incomplete, delayed, undelivered, or misdirected entries. Entrants will not be eligible for prizes if submitted artwork includes a person’s likeness without permission. Car Stickers reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the “Spook-tacular Sticker Design Contest.” By participating in the Contest, Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees 1. To be bound by the terms of these Official Contest Rules and the decision of Car Stickers and judges, which are final, and 2. To indemnify, defend and hold Car Stickers, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising in whole or part, directly or indirectly, out of or in connection with participation in Contest, acceptance and use of any prize.
WINNER’S LIST:
Check the Car Stickers’ website and social media pages for the winners following the deadline. The 1st, 2nd & 3rd place winners will be notified via email of their winnings on or before 4pm Pacific Time on October 15th, 2021.
