MCH is excited to announce an open call for applications to participate in the Curated Conference program for 2025. The program is a part of Meeting Point on Art & Social Action in Asia which will take place in October 2025, with an in-person gathering in Vientiane Laos from October 16th-18th.
The aim of this programme is to create space for diverse cultural practitioners to discuss and explore topics that concern them, and to be able to share the outcomes of their discussions with a wider public audience. There are two topics for this year’s conference programme, both inspired by our theme Building Bridges:

From: Anywhere in Asia (citizens from Cambodia and Laos are strongly encouraged to apply)
Total participants: Two groups of 4-6 people
Structure & timeline:
* Monthly online exchanges Feb-July 2025
* Preparation for public sharing August-September 2025
* Public sharing, Oct 2025
Working language: English
Support offered: All expenses for participating in Meeting Point + $300 USD stipend per participant
Important dates:
Meeting Point:
October 10th-11th 2025: 90-min session within Online Meeting Point (date of each group’s session will be confirmed later)
October 14th-19th, 2025: in-person participation and sharing at Meeting Point in Vientiane
(The public program of Meeting Point is from 16th-18th October)
