Neshat residency, as a haven and sanctuary for creative work located in Darya Kenar, which is one of the oldest and largest residential towns in northern Iran and within just 100 walking distance to Caspian sea.
Residents will be provided with accommodation in a furnished homestudio suitable for various disciplines and purposes. it is furnished with working table,bed,tv, audio system & … .
The most effective part of the residency as a social living space is the backyard, which overlooks the community and contact the artist to the community. This connection make it suitable for screenings, meetings, workshops, exhibition and is shared area with community.
