The DUNE Creative Campus – Arti Paesaggi Utopie is an art in residence (AIR) dedicated to artists working in the fields of visual arts, theater, dance, performance and music, interested in developing new research and creations located in the natural environment, in search of new and transversal visions of the territory and new ways of inhabiting and enhancing it. The participants are artists invited directly by the Artistic Direction and young emerging artists selected by the present national Open call.
The Open call DUNE – Arti Paesaggi Utopie 2024 is reserved for 5 artists Under 35 who operate in Italy and internationally; it is open to visual artists, performers, actors, dancers, designers, musicians, videomakers and photographers who work through site-specific installations and interventions, theatre, dance, music, video and art photography performances, who can apply individually or in multidisciplinary groups. The selection will favor artists who work in the field of relational or participatory art, who favor innovative interventions capable of stimulating social cohesion and raising awareness on the issues of environmental sustainability and ecology.
The winners of the Open Call will be offered a 7-day artistic residency, from 9 to 15 September 2024.
Prizes
• Free Accomodation at a partner facility;
• materials for the realization of the project;
• availability of a press and promotion office, with IT tools such as a website and social networks.
The costs for the return trip from their residence to Principina a Mare will be on the charge of the participants.
