Open air exhibition in Italy ‘SMAch Project’
About:
SMACH is a land-art project born in 2012 and ideated by Michael Moling and Iaco Rigo. It is a biennial open air exhibition that represents the combination of “art and nature”, where the latter acts as the display of the artistic creations, designed and tailored specifically to various sites. It started from an international art competition that celebrates where the involved artists, staged their works in places of historical and cultural interests in Val Badia.
Their artworks have the aim of sparking people’s interest for art and enhancing the area of the Dolomites in which they are immersed. Through a dialogue between art and nature, the artists want to promote thorough and ongoing consciousness of the historical, cultural and traditional aspects of the area.
Since the beginning, the project is grown and in 2018, the non-profit cultural association SMACH was founded to warrant the project’s goals: the biennial art competition, the art valley and collateral events.

Comic Art contest in Switzerland, Fumetto – International Comix Festival
About:
In its almost 30-year history, Fumetto has developed from a small, regional event into one of the most important international comic festivals in Europe. Today it is one of the most important platforms for the comic art form.
Founded in 1992, Fumetto was aimed at young people and art students when it was founded. A competition was announced in the first edition. A tradition that has remained an important part of the program in the development of the festival. As early as 1995, major international comic artists were exhibited at the festival and the number of exhibitions increased. Due to the constant growth, the festival venues were soon distributed decentrally throughout the old town of Lucerne, which has contributed a lot to its current charm.
From 2003 onward Fumetto presents itself under the name Fumetto – International Comix Festival Lucerne and lasts a full nine days. The international orientation as well as the artistic claim of the festival were anchored in its name. Fumetto focuses on showing artistically sophisticated comics and incorporating other art forms such as drawing, illustration, visual arts, graphics, performance and animation. The most important comic artists in the world, young talents and the current one of the diverse currents of the comic art form are shown. Established as well as still unknown Swiss and international artists are represented in the program every year. From 2009 Fumetto will also position itself as a platform for drawing. The medium of drawing is one of the traditionally anchored art forms in Switzerland and Fumetto is its first forum. Fumetto shows art at the highest level and every year a unique international show of developments in the medium. Stars of this art branch are shown as well as newcomers. To this end, Fumetto works with leading artists, art institutions and galleries.
Fumetto not only depicts current developments in the scene, but also actively promotes young artists. The festival enables a young, promising and still largely unknown artist a first publication including a solo exhibition in the main program and accompanies them in the development. In addition, the festival gives many mostly unknown artists the opportunity to draw attention to themselves in the framework program.
Mediation has become another important concern of Fumetto and is also maintained at a high level. The exhibitions are designed to present art in an exciting way and in keeping with the times. This includes mediating instruments for every age group and different needs: handouts, guided tours, apps, lectures by the artists as well as programs for children / young people and school classes.
The festival has been running under the name Fumetto Comic Festival Luzern since 2018. It has positioned itself as a festival at which art is in the foreground and does not pursue any commercial goals. Today, with around 40,000 visitors, Fumetto is one of the biggest events in the festival city of Lucerne.

Islamic Modern Digital Art
Islamic decoration chandelier: The link between art and architecture is a very important topic because art is an essential part of architecture and vice versa. Which was known in this way, and some people link it mainly with the requirements of Islamic identity, and this was a major role in linking this design to the region and Islamic architecture. design idea
Due to the need to delve into the originality of the architectural elements and the Islamic architectural identity, many people believe that adding an architectural element within the design of its facade is a distinction for Islamic architecture, and that is contrary to the spirit of Islamic architecture, which some see in the possibility of the existence of ideological sides we seek to dismantle this architectural element (But it may be excluded). Indeed, there are basic untouchable elements of Islamic architecture, but there are methods that can revive this heritage with an artistic framework acceptable to the architectural critic who is a connoisseur of Islamic architecture and Islamic art, as well as to the public.
The idea began by working on developing a chandelier for an internal artistic architectural element used for museums and to be displayed in an artistic capacity, and we took within the design elements the desire to interact with Islamic elements
• Islamic geometric decoration: we took the basic form of Islamic geometric decoration, which is the basis of ceiling lines.
• The colors, we took the colors mentioned in the Holy Qur’an only, which are white, black, green, yellow and red, and these colors are only mentioned in the Holy Qur’an
• Studying the vibrations of the sound of the call to prayer: The Islamic call to prayer is not just phrases! It contains scientific miracles and sound vibrations. We made these effects on the movement of ascent and descent
• Merging: A combination of the call to prayer + the number of letters and words of the call to prayer in phonemic scales + the colors mentioned in the Qur’an
It is a work of art related to the human conscience 5D that will interact with 6 human axes, for us to know the amount of positive energy produced by this Islamic art form and the extent of artistic interaction with it. It is a processor of lengths, geometric movements, and volume adjustments mixed with the colors mentioned in the Qur’an scenography When coexisting with this design, it will generate for you many picturesque inspirations. The human mind will try to read all these data that herald the stages of a high-quality architectural assembly and the data as to the effect of the sound of the call to prayer interacts with the colors in the Qur’an with the volume of the sound
