Biography: Christian Orellana Bauer is a multidisciplinary artist working in Portland, OR. They were born in Cuenca, Ecuador in 1995 and moved to Portland as a child. Growing up as a multicultural BIPOC in a majority white city and existing between multiple cultures throughout their life has immensely influenced their artistic practice, perspective of the world, and identity. They graduated with a B.A in Arts and Letters from Portland State University and have shown their work in galleries and events around Portland and Oregon as well as having been recognized by NPR in 2018 under the stage name Iro and the Moon. Their work is a method of exploring both their own identity and a wide range of external themes through this multicultural lens often considering the concept of an ethnocentric v.s ethnorelativist viewpoint, the idea of cultural belonging, and its relationship to race. They enjoy creating out of any and all materials they can get their hands on to make sculptures, photographs, paintings, prints, zines, films, music and more. Their current work revolves around the political climate and cultural shifts in the United States today. They strive to make approachable art that promotes thought, discussion, and parallels between and within both their own cultures/communities in the U.S as well as the world. Ultimately they hope to contribute to the national conversations leading toward the deconstruction of current post-colonial oppressive structures and the foundation of new cultural and political values for the United States and the world.

Biography: Cameron is a sculptor carving in wood, creating relief, wall mounted stories around his life. The places the artist has been – Kintore, Aberdeenshire, Scotland (his home village), his time in Italy, his recent move to South West England; memories of his childhood, looking out the bedroom window in a small Scottish village hoping for a different life, being a student in the 60s in Aberdeen, working in fashion houses in Italy; and also the people from his life, my parents, my family, and artists who have influenced him.. All these jumbled thoughts become a narrative, slightly surreal, relief carving.
He works in lime wood, which is a beautiful wood to work with, it is easy to work, yet holds its edge so well. It also turns a lovely warm colour over the years
He has exhibited widely from Saatchi Gallery, Centrespace Bristol, Bath Royal Literary and Scientific Institution, Portico Gallery Manchester, Weston Park Shropshire, Grain Gallery Sherbourne, Cartwright Gallery Bradford, Tricycle Theatre, London, Salford Art Gallery, Castle Cary Art Gallery, Ikon Gallery.
He taught in art schools for 25 years finishing up as a Head of School of Art in Burnley, Lancashire, England.

Ulf Koenig’s Biography:
Ulf Koenig lives in the City of Ulm, south of Germany. Since 2004 he works as a self-educated freelance artist and designer. Ulf’s artworks mainly address technology and architecture, reflecting his background in R&D-management. During his career as an artist he has participated in around 50 solo- and group-exhibitions in Europe, Canada, USA, received 12 honors and awards, and has published in 6 art-magazines. In order to combine fine art with novel technologies, Ulf has founded 2 interdisciplinary artists collectives.
Ulf Koenig’s Statement
Art meets Architecture and Physics! Ulf’s sculptures of his series “deformed architecture” – including the head-high wall sculptures “Complex City Complexes” – are composed of tilted space bodies. They are inspired by worldwide extraordinary designs of leaning skyscrapers like the “Puerta de Europa, Madrid”, the “Capital Gate, Abu Dhabi”, and by a lot of related architects concepts, furthermore by modern densely built skyscraper complexes like the “Moscow International Business Center”.
An essential feature of Ulf’s sculptures results from applying physics aspect: if one would fly with a very high, relativistic speed towards skyscrapers one would see the buildings just in such extreme inclinations as the elements in the artworks. This distinctive accentuation of a three-dimensionality shall stimulate art-lovers to walk around the sculptures, to experience the aesthetics and the dynamic of the composition and to play with perspectives.
The style of the wall sculptures is constructivist, in terms of strictly geometrical forms and primary colors, in addition to black and white which match or alternatively contrast to the artwork’s background.

Artist: Stacy Nuñez
Country: United States
email: stacy.nunez.2011@gmail.com
Biography:
Stacy Nuñez was born in Los Angeles California and raised in Mesa, Arizona. She is a current animation student at Arizona State University. She loves to put together Lego sets on weekends and uses that time to create stories in her head that later become 3D sculptures and environments.
Statement:
I animate and illustrate digitally as well as create 3D environments. The round shapes and vibrant colors found in my work are inspired by the Saturday morning cartoons of my childhood. I enjoyed the look of those cartoons as they were bright and exciting. These shows were capable of delving into worlds and dimensions of fantasy while still having some semblance of reality, captivating the audience. My work accomplishes the same effect, relating to my audience while also delving into fantasy.
